Speed sign obstructing pathway for pedestrians

Reported via mobile in the Sign board or advertising board causing an obstruction on the pavement or blocking views into traffic category anonymously at 09:17, Sunday 11 May 2025

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

This road speed sign was placed in a position where pedestrians have limited passing space on a busy junction and obstructs visibility when trying to exit the driveway at the house on the corner. This is compounded when additional signs are added to it. This week the pavement is being resurfaced, can this sign be moved further along the road next to the existing street lamp, this would allow significantly wider pathway for pedestrians and not obstruct and views improving safety.
