Another tree on the side of Ongar Hill about to collapse onto my garden fence. Notticed it this evening and I can push the tree with my hand. I have propped the fence up to hold it.
Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
It like a smaller second trunk to a larger tree that must have broken away come loose.
