Disabled bag no longer in use
Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
There is a disabled bay at the top of south end located on the right side of the road which isn’t used the person it was put there for 95% of the time parks out car around the back of the flats on this road due to bird poo on her car I feel it’s unfair for it to be there when she isn’t using it
