I have reported the problem two months ago. Here is the reference: Your Reference Number: 3181412 Highways Reference Number: 211324

I was told it would be dealt with in May. I chased Robert Mckinnon, Highways Maintenance Officer, who responded to my reported issue on 7 May with no further response if the drain will be sorted.
