Good morning, we were walking home yesterday evening at about 2200 hrs along Spiers Walk following a meal with friends in the New Khyber. This pathway is poorly lit and my husband had his forehead cut and his jacket torn by an overhanging tree that we did not see. This pathway should be kept clear to allow for safe walking. My husbands North Face jacket is damaged and will not be able to be used other than for the gardening! We are seeking compensation for the jacket.
