When the button is pushed on the crossing the light comes on and then goes off with out changing the lights at all commonly and on occasion it has truggered the lights but they have switched from green for the cars to orange and then back to green again after flickering without going to red. It takes multiple attempts to get it to finally work problem which is an issue when children need to use it.

It is located outside of Woolmer Hill school and Busy Bees nursery on Woolmer Hill road. It has been deactivating the crossing request occasionally for a few months but has become more frequent in the last few days.
