Over hanging conifer hedge affecting foot payh
Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
This problem has previously been reported. Conifer hedge creates a canopy over the pavement, but it's branches are now preventing public from using the foot path unless stooping. This hedge needs cutting back properly to give good head height not a simple as before.
