Overgrown base of lime trees/hedges obscuring traffic from both directions.

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.

We've witnessed several near miss accidents. Drivers cannot see oncoming traffic without edging into the toad. Vegetation needs to be trimmed!!
