Reported via desktop in the Overgrown hedge blocking views into traffic category anonymously at 08:50, Thursday 12 June 2025
Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
Crownpits Lane, Godalming is a no footpath narrow lane and a width that just allows 2 cars to pass. The area indicated on the map is steep, going down towards the Brighton Road. Approaching this steep part from Busbridge Lane, visibilty is restricted by overgrown hedge/bushes on the nearside. This is at a point where pedestrians enter the road from either Grosvenor Road or the public footpath from The Drive. Visibilty at this point is restricted for both drivers and pedestrians. This crossing point is well used as a route to the the 3 local schools and from Busbridge to the local park for cricket, football and child playground.
