Fuel / oil spill on pavement

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later.
There is a large patch of fuel and/or oil spillage on the pavement in the vicinity of Bracken close joining Edenside Road. The surface is degrading and is essentially blocking a large section of the path from pedestrians. It needs cleaning and or replacement of the surface.
