• Not sure why you don't think this is an issue, their hedge is 40+cm into the pavement, no dropped kerb and they park on the pavement too, come round the corner with a wheelchair and you have to go back a long way to cross. Get the hedge cut!

• This an issue I have reported on previously. There is high spot in the carriageway outside our property which means that surface water does not drain to the gully. Surface water ponds on the carriageway after rainfall makig it an issue for people walking past this point.
